By booking and purchasing courses or services through Ellinor K & Co and this website, EllinorK.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Payment

Payment for courses and services is made in advance via Stripe. If you wish to receive an invoice instead, an administrative fee will apply.

If you require a detailed receipt, please submit your name, company name, address, and company registration number via our contact form. If you choose to pay in instalments, the full amount must be paid even if you choose to discontinue the service before the agreed service period has ended.

2. Binding agreement

All bookings and payments are binding, with the exception described in clause six (6) below.
If you choose an instalment payment plan for any course or service, you are obligated to pay the full amount.

3. Changes and cancellations

We reserve the right to make changes to or cancel events, lectures, and services, including changes to dates and times, for example due to illness. If such changes occur, participants/customers will be notified via the email address provided at the time of booking.

4. Limitation of liability

Ellinor Karlsson is not, under any circumstances, responsible for illness, injuries, failure to achieve expected results, or similar outcomes in connection with participation in courses or the purchase of services.

5. Personal data

We store the information you provide at the time of registration.

6. Right to decline a booking

We reserve the right to decline your booking for a course or service if Ellinor Karlsson determines that we are not a suitable match, or for other reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the prepaid amount. Please note that it may take up to one week before the funds appear in your account.

7. Photography, audio, and video recording

We may photograph, record audio, and film during courses and consultations.
Such material may be used for marketing purposes related to our courses and services.

If you do not wish to appear in images, audio recordings, or videos, please inform us via the contact form.

8. Trademarks and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, trademarks displayed on this website (including EllinorK.com and Ellinor K & Co) may only be used with our prior written consent.

Unless expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise agreed in writing, no license or right to use any patents, trademarks, or copyrighted material belonging to us or third parties is granted through this website.

9. Links to third-party websites

To enhance the user experience, this website may include links to third-party websites.
These websites are owned and operated by third parties, and we make no guarantees and assume no responsibility for the availability or content of such websites. A link from our website does not imply endorsement of any third party or its website.

10. Comments in online groups and portals

Comments made by you in Facebook groups or member portals administered and/or moderated by Ellinor Karlsson may be used in marketing materials related to our courses, services, and events.

11. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is of utmost importance. Participants in our courses or memberships must respect the confidentiality of other participants’ business ideas, business development, marketing strategies, sales information, course concepts, and personal statements.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to disclose or otherwise share with third parties any information provided by other participants that is of a business-related, sensitive, or confidential nature. Confidential information may be shared orally, in writing, or electronically. This confidentiality obligation applies both during the course, service, or membership period and after it has ended, unless written consent has been obtained from the individual concerned.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in liability for damages.

12. Copyright

You are not permitted to share any content from Ellinor K & Co’s courses, services, or memberships with third parties, nor may you share your login credentials.

13. VAT

If you are resident and registered within the EU, you are required to pay statutory VAT on our services, courses, memberships, events, and products. The payments can be done in SEK and/or Euro.

14. Governing law and disputes

Any disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts and in accordance with Swedish law.
